All good things come in threes as our conference is going for its third year. We would, again, like to give students the oppurtunity to present and discuss current academic work on fanfiction. Apart from an external keynote speaker, all other speakers will be students.

When? Friday, 30.01.2026, 10:00 s.t.

Where? hybrid: Zoom/Campus Westend, IG-Farben-Haus, IG 0.251

Who? students from all universities, programmes and levels, German- or English-speaking

If you want to listen on site, no further registration is required. If you want to take part online, write to us for the Zoom link at info@fanficforum-ffm.de or on Instagram (@fanficforum_ffm)!

Apply now to present at the F5 Conference 2026!

The application is open to all students (see above). You can present a term papr or a thesis or an idea that interests you personally.

The form is an application – we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept all presentations. If more students apply than we have time slots, we will select according to topic and status of the project. The application deadline is 14.12.2025. The final selection will be communicated by 17.12.2025 at the latest. Applicants are asked to keep the day of the conference (30.01.2026) free until the final decision in order to make the process as smooth as possible.
